Each PODOSHOP® ART foot file has two abrasive surfaces: a coarse/rough one and a finishing/gentler one.
Use according to your individual needs and preferences.
The product should not be used by diabetics or people with poor circulation.
It can be used wet or dry, with particular care. Gently remove calloused skin using one of the two abrasive surfaces. Do not use on areas affected by medical conditions or diabetic feet. After each use, thoroughly rinse the surface under running water. The product can be disinfected with non-alcoholic disinfectants or other solutions that do not affect the surface or elements of the product.
Recommended usage frequency: the coarse surface once a week, the gentle one as needed. It is recommended to replace the product every 6 months.
